Account Creation: Only Utsav Impex employees can create customer accounts. When an employee creates your account, they collect your name, mobile phone number, and company name (optional). With these details, our staff creates a unique customer ID for you. You will receive your customer ID and password from our staff, which you can use to log in to the ADKSupport mobile app and customer portal. Once logged in, you can view your own order details, shipment information, payment records, and communicate with our support team. By using these credentials and accessing our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Once your account is created, you receive your customer ID and password from our staff, which you can use to log in to the ADKSupport mobile app and customer portal. Note: Customer accounts do not require an email address; we use your mobile number as the primary contact method. After logging in, you can view your own order details, shipment information, payment records, and communicate with our support team.
Business Information: We collect details about your shipping requirements, cargo specifications, shipment details, container information, payment records, financial ledger entries, and transaction history. This information is essential for managing your freight forwarding and customs clearance services.
Media Files: The ADKSupport app may access your camera, photo library, and microphone to enable features such as sending photos, videos, and voice messages in customer support chats. These media files are stored securely on our servers and are only used for communication purposes related to your shipments and customer support. Media files are associated with your account and chat conversations.
Usage Data: When you access our website or use the ADKSupport mobile app, our servers automatically log standard connection information such as IP addresses and timestamps. Internal Operations Only: All your data is used exclusively for internal operations of Utsav Impex. We do not share your information with external parties, third-party service providers, or any other organizations.
Service Delivery: To process and manage your shipments, customs clearance, and logistics operations through our website, portal, and ADKSupport mobile app. All operations are handled internally by our staff.

Account Management: Only Utsav Impex employees can create customer accounts. Our staff collects your name, mobile number, and optional company name to create your customer ID. You can then log in to view your own order details, shipment information, payment records, and account ledger through the ADKSupport mobile app and customer portal. Only you can view your own account data; other customers cannot access your information.
Mobile App Features: To enable real-time chat functionality, file sharing (photos, videos, documents), shipment tracking, payment management, and customer support features in ADKSupport. All features operate using your data stored in our internal systems.
